1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Delivery Areas: Cinedot Entertainment proudly serves customers across Madhya Pradesh, India, from our headquarters in Jabalpur. We also offer shipping to select major cities and business hubs across India. For specific delivery inquiries outside Madhya Pradesh, please contact our sales team directly.
1.2. Shipping Charges:
- Large Format Printers & Industrial Machines: Due to their specialized nature, size, and weight, shipping charges for these items will be calculated separately and provided as a custom quote after your inquiry or during the checkout process. This quote will encompass freight, transit insurance, and any specialized handling/rigging required at your delivery location.
- Consumables & Accessories (Inks, Media, Parts, etc.):
- Shipping charges for these items will be clearly displayed during the checkout process based on weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.
- Free shipping may be offered on select consumable orders exceeding a specific value, as indicated on our website promotions or at checkout.
- All applicable shipping charges will be itemized in your order summary and final invoice.
1.3. Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Large Format Printers & Industrial Machines: Delivery times for these items are typically 7-15 business days from the date of confirmed order and successful payment. This timeline is subject to stock availability, transit logistics, and your specific destination. Our team will provide a more precise estimated delivery window upon order confirmation.
- Consumables & Accessories: These items are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days thereafter, depending on your location within India.
- Installation: For large format printers and industrial machines, our certified technical team will coordinate professional installation and initial training separately after the machine has been successfully delivered and inspected at your site. This is not included in the standard delivery timeline.
- Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistical challenges, extreme weather, public holidays, customs clearance for certain parts) may cause delays. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any significant changes to your estimated delivery schedule.
1.4. Delivery Process & Acceptance of Goods:
- Crucial for Large Format Machines: Upon delivery of large format printers or industrial machines, it is imperative that you thoroughly inspect the packaging and the product itself for any visible signs of damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
- If any damage is observed, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. Immediately contact Cinedot Entertainment customer service at +91-8269450800 or email sales@cinedotentertainment.com, and ensure the damage is clearly noted on the transporter's delivery receipt.
- For Consumables & Accessories: Please verify the contents of your package against your order. Report any discrepancies or visible damage within 24 hours of receipt.
- Once the delivery receipt is signed without noting any damage (for machines) or discrepancies (for consumables), it will be assumed that the product was received in good and satisfactory condition.
2. Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is designed to address instances where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
2.1. Eligibility for Exchange: An item is eligible for exchange only under the following strict conditions:
- The product received is damaged in transit, and this damage was noted and refused at the time of delivery (for large items) or reported within 24 hours (for consumables).
- The product is defective upon initial setup or discovery (and reported within 7 calendar days of delivery).
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered (incorrect model, specification, or quantity).
2.2. Non-Eligibility for Exchange: We regret that we cannot accept exchanges for products under the following circumstances:
- Customer change of mind, incorrect ordering, or no longer requiring the product.
- Incompatibility issues with existing equipment that were not confirmed with our sales team prior to purchase.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repair, power fluctuations, or acts of God, after successful delivery.
- Consumable items (e.g., opened ink cartridges, used print heads, cut media rolls) unless proven defective upon initial, proper use.
- Products returned without their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
2.3. Exchange Process:
- Notification: If you believe your product qualifies for an exchange, you must notify Cinedot Entertainment within 7 calendar days of delivery by calling +91-8269450800 or email sales@cinedotentertainment.com. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic/video evidence if applicable.
- Assessment: Our technical support team will review your claim. This may involve remote diagnostics, troubleshooting over the phone, or scheduling an on-site visit for large format machines to verify the reported issue.
- Return Authorization (RA): If your claim is approved after assessment, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed instructions for the product's return. No product will be accepted for exchange without a valid, pre-approved RA number.
- Return Shipping: For eligible exchanges, Cinedot Entertainment will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. The product must be securely packed in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Resolution: Upon successful receipt and thorough verification of the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement product. The dispatch of the replacement may take 7-15 business days depending on product availability.
2.4. Manufacturer's Warranty: All large format printers and industrial machines distributed by Cinedot Entertainment are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty provided by Epson India. Details of the warranty period and coverage are included with each product and can also be clarified by our sales team. Our exchange policy primarily covers initial product defects or transit damage, while the manufacturer's warranty addresses defects arising during normal use within the specified warranty period.
3. Order Cancellations
- Consumables & Accessories: Orders for consumables and accessories can be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received and confirmed by Cinedot Entertainment before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Large Format Printers & Industrial Machines: Cancellation requests for large format printers and industrial machines must be made promptly. If the order has already been processed, shipped, or is in transit, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative, logistical, and re-stocking costs. Please contact us immediately for such requests.
